Credit card and e-Transfer.


How soon will I receive my order?

Once full payment has been received at the ordering process, delivery would be approximately two to three weeks.


Are there any shipping fees associated with my purchase?

We offer free shipping in Canada. All delivered goods require a signature in order for the item (s) to be released. 


How do I insure my jewellery purchase?

We can offer a Certified Jewellery Appraisal documentation for an additional fee. 


Do you source bridal jewellery?

No, we specialize in sourcing high-end fashion jewellery.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 day exchange policy to ensure you are in love with your purchase! In order for Linked by Brilla to honour the exchange policy, the jewellery must show no signs of wear or tear or be altered in any way. We do not offer refunds. Final sale on custom orders.
