Shipping

Shipping is only available within Canada and the United States.

Canadian Shipping

All in stock items will be shipped within 2-4 business days. All Custom Orders will be shipped within 4-6 weeks. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

United States Shipping

A flat rate of $20.00 plus taxes for orders to the United States.

All in stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. All Custom Orders will be shipped within 4-6 weeks. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • A signature is required upon delivery for all jewellery orders.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We will happily accept returns for store credit only.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

All returned merchandise must be:

  • Merchandise are unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition

  • Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Custom Orders. This includes engraving, sizing or any alterations requested by the client

To initiate a return please email hello@linkedbybrilla.com and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization number. If you are local to KW and Surrounding areas, Guelph, Cambridge or GTA area contact us to arrange a time to organize a return date. Walk-in returns will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
